Sore Thumbs

Been playing the new wrestling game "WWE Smackdown! vs Raw" with my brother. Quite a refreshing change from the shamelessly flesh-show of the all-women wrestling game "Rumble Roses" (imagine the girls from Dead or Alive in fetish costumes mud-wrestling each other).

"WWE SD! vs Raw" even has some decent storylines (which varies in situations) in its single-player "Season Mode". I had a pretty entertaining time as I watched my brother played John Cena all the way to Wrestlemania to gain the Undisputed World Champion title.

Then we had a Royal Rumble match (30 participants enter the ring at a set time interval each, with object being throwing as many opponents over the top rope and be the last man in) and regretted it now. Both my thumbs are throbbing and perhaps even some minor blisters as the game uses the PS2 controller's D-pad more instead of the analog sticks.

Ouch.
